If the entity requiring your bond (also known as the bond's "obligee") requires you to file physical paperwork with wet signatures and raised seals, our team will issue a physical document set that will be shipped to the mailing address of your choice.

SuretyBonds.com does not decide if physical or digital documents are acceptable as each obligee enforces its own requirements at a local level. We do, however, maintain a library that tracks which bonds allow digital delivery or require physical issuance and shipping. We will never issue and ship a physical document package to you if it's not needed.

All packages shipped from SuretyBonds.com are sent via FedEx to ensure quick, easy, and trackable delivery. If your obligee requires physical paperwork with wet signatures and raised seals, you will need to select and pay for a shipping method when submitting your order.

Orders submitted before 4 PM CST on business days are typically shipped same-day. FedEx Express delivery services only operate on business days, which means our physical document packages will never be delivered on weekends. All questions regarding delayed deliveries should be referred to FedEx.

Note: FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. boxes and will deliver packages to residential addresses without a signature verifying delivery.

If you ever have questions about the status of your order or your package delivery, simply call 1 (800) 308-4358 or email customercare@suretybonds.com, and one of our friendly representatives will be happy to help.
