FedEx lost my package. How do I get a new one?

Once packages leave our offices, we do not have any control over deliverability.

If your FedEx tracking number indicates your package is stuck in transit or pending delivery for longer than expected, please call FedEx at 1 (800) 463-3339. Your local driver will be familiar with delivery drop off locations and any exceptions that might affect your package's deliverability.
