Once packages leave our offices, we do not have any control over deliverability.

If your FedEx tracking number indicates your package has been delivered but you did not receive it, please call FedEx at 1 (800) 463-3339. Your local driver will be familiar with delivery drop off locations and any exceptions that might affect your package's deliverability.

If FedEx confirms your package has been lost, call our team at 1 (800) 308-4358 or email customercare@suretybonds.com for further assistance.
