My FedEx tracking number says "Shipping Label Created." What does that mean?

This article explains what to do if your FedEx tracking number status indicates "Shipping Label Created."

Last updated on 04 Feb, 2022

If you've received your FedEx tracking number from SuretyBonds.com and the status currently indicates "Shipping Label Created," your package has been prepared and is pending pickup. FedEx picks up packages from SuretyBonds.com weekdays at 4 PM CST. If a document set is packaged after our daily FedEx pick up, clients can expect their tracking information to be updated the following business day.

Additionally, clients might receive an unexpected "Shipping Label Created" status if inclement weather prevents FedEx from picking up packages - regardless of the delivery method selected/paid for.

SuretyBonds.com FedEx packages are not delivered on weekends or holidays. Once packages leave our offices, we do not have any control over deliverability.

If your FedEx tracking number indicates your package is stuck in transit or pending delivery for longer than expected, please call FedEx at 1 (800) 463-3339. Your local driver will be familiar with delivery drop off locations and any exceptions that might affect your package's deliverability.

If FedEx confirms your package has been lost, call our team at 1 (800) 308-4358 or email customercare@suretybonds.com for further assistance.
